Preparation method
9Place the tray in the oven for an hour or until the chicken is cooked.
1Preheat oven to 200°C.
2Place a heat-resistant cooking bag in a glass dish.
3Put the chicken in the bag.
4Place the onion, garlic, cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamom, rosemary and lemon inside the chicken.
5Place the vegetables in the bag on top of and around the chicken: onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, red pepper, lemon, and rosemary.
6Add the spices: cinnamon, bay leaves, and cardamom.
7Season with salt, black pepper and paprika.
8Close the bag tightly and pass your hands over the chicken until it is completely covered with the spices.
