To prepare the sauce:

Preparation method

In a bowl, put yogurt, garlic, garam masala, cumin, ginger, salt, onion, lemon juice and chicken breast.

Stir until the chicken is coated with the marinade.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, then add the chicken and stir until cooked.

To prepare the sauce, in another pan, heat the vegetable oil, then add the onions and stir until wilted.

Season with salt and black pepper, then add the tomatoes and leave the mixture to boil.

Add the chicken and stir it with the sauce.

Serve the dish on a tray after garnishing it with green coriander.
