Feast mix for biryani – 2 tablespoons

Boiling water – 6 cups
Preparation method

In a saucepan over medium heat, place the feast mixture and chicken and season with salt.

Stir the ingredients, then leave the chicken mixture on low heat until it is cooked.

Meanwhile, in a second pot over medium heat, add boiling water and olive oil, then add the rice. Let it cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes, then drain.

Add the potatoes and rice to the pot on top of the chicken, then cover the pot and leave it on low heat for about 20 additional minutes.

Pour the biryani with the feast mix into a serving dish and serve it on your table.
