Turkish kebab method

Preparation method

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, pomegranate molasses, cumin, red pepper, black pepper, and salt. Add the chicken cubes and stir to combine with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight so that the chicken absorbs the marinade.

Place the chicken mixture in a food processor and grind it well until it becomes a paste-like consistency.

Shape the kebabs onto wooden skewers and grill them on a charcoal grill for 3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
