Preparation method

Press the burger buns with a rolling pin until they are completely flat.

Add a slice of cheddar cheese, then a little ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and hot sauce.

Add the meat and close the burger.

Dip the burger buns in milk, then in cornflakes, then fry them in plenty of oil over the heat until golden brown, then serve.
