2In a bowl, place the squeezed lemon, olive oil, garlic and onion, then season with salt and black pepper.

3Mix the ingredients together, then add the chicken. Stir until combined.

4Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

5Arrange the chicken in a baking tray greased with a little oil, then place it in a preheated oven at 180°C.

6Leave the chicken in the oven for about 40 minutes until cooked through.
