Preparation method

In a bowl, place the minced meat and pine nuts and season with salt and black pepper. Mix the ingredients well until combined.

Shape the meat mixture into equal-sized balls and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onion and garlic until wilted, then add the tomatoes. Cover the skillet and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the Indian kebab balls in a baking tray, then add the tomato mixture, red bell pepper, pepper paste, tomato paste and a cup of water, then season with ginger, cardamom and ground cinnamon.

Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
