Preparation method
- 1Cut the zucchini into two halves, then place them in a baking tray. Brush the surface with vegetable oil and add salt. Then put the tray in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes until it is half cooked.
- 2To prepare the tahini sauce: In a bowl, place the tahini, lemon juice, water and salt, then mix well with a hand mixer.
- 3To prepare the filling: Place the vegetable oil in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, and stir until golden brown. Then add the meat. Mix the ingredients together, then add the salt, cinnamon, and seven spices. Stir, then leave on the heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
- 4To prepare the rice: In a saucepan, combine the butter, vegetable oil, and vermicelli. Stir, then add the washed and drained rice. Mix the ingredients together, then add the water. Cover the saucepan and leave it on low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
- 5Empty the zucchini of its filling, add the previously prepared meat filling, and then drizzle the tahini sauce over it. Place the tray of meat-stuffed zucchini in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- 6Serve the zucchini with cooked rice and enjoy its delicious taste.
