Preparation method
- 1To prepare the meat : In a pot over medium heat, place the meat and add salt, cinnamon, bay leaves, dried lime, and anise, then add water.
- 2In another pot, put the onions, add water and leave it on medium heat.
- 3To prepare rice : Put the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the rice, salt and water. Close the saucepan and leave it over low heat until the rice is cooked.
- 4To prepare the yogurt : In a saucepan, put the yogurt, cornstarch and salt and mix with a hand mixer.
- 5Add the meat broth and continue stirring, then add the onions and cooked meat and stir again.
- 6We serve yogurt and meat with rice.
