Preparation method
- 1In a food processor, blend the chicken breasts, black pepper, salt, garlic, white vinegar, and oregano until creamy.
- 2Place the mashed chicken in a plastic bag and roll it up.
- 3Place the oregano in a baking tray, then season the chicken rolls well with it and pour vegetable oil over them. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- 4In a bowl, put the boiled potatoes, powdered milk, salt and butter and mix well to get a smooth and creamy texture.
- 5Over medium heat, place the butter, onion, and garlic and stir well. Then add the carrots, potatoes, black pepper, salt, and chicken broth. Mash with an electric mixer.
- 6In the final step, cut the chicken roll into equal pieces and place them on top of the mashed potatoes in the dish, then pour the carrot and potato sauce that we prepared over them.
