Preparation method
- 1Wash the tuna steaks well with cold water, then dry them using a clean towel.
- 2In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, mustard, salt and pepper.
- 3Place the tuna steaks in a bowl and pour the marinade mixture over them. Let the tuna absorb the flavors for 10-15 minutes.
- 4Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until wilted, then add the crushed garlic and cook for a minute.
- 5Place the tuna steaks in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 6Once the tuna is cooked, serve it with rice, french fries, or even a green salad.
