Preparation method
- 1Place the chicken in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- 2Pour canola oil generously into a deep skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
- 3Mix 1 cup of flour and some salt in a medium bowl.
- 4Whisk the eggs, hot sauce, and milk in another medium bowl, and combine the biscuits with the remaining flour in a third medium bowl.
- 5Place the chicken pieces in the first dry mixture (flour and salt), one by one, making sure they are evenly coated. Shake to remove any excess flour. Then dip them in the wet mixture (eggs and milk) and lift them out until the excess is removed.
- 6Then put it in the second dry mixture (biscuits and flour) and cover it well with the biscuit mixture, pressing gently to ensure the biscuits stick together.
- 7Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry for 5-6 minutes, then turn it over and continue frying for another 4 minutes. Place the fried chicken pieces on kitchen paper to cool.
- 8In another pan at the same time, heat some oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove them from the pan and place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
- 9Place the chicken pieces and French fries on a large serving platter and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

We recommend soaking the chicken in the marinade for as long as possible, preferably the night before cooking. Make sure to add a cup of yogurt or half a cup of buttermilk to the marinade ingredients, as they help to make the chicken tender and delicious, and also cook it more quickly.
Additional information
Do not cut the chicken breasts too thick to ensure they are cooked properly, or too thin to prevent them from burning during frying. Make them medium thick to ensure the best result.
